Life Insurance Coverage Options

Term Insurance

If it’s pure, inexpensive protection you are seeking, TERM LIFE fits the bill. Term life rates just keep getting lower, and we have access to all the major carriers in the United States. We offer 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35-year term options, as well as a policy from one carrier that permits you to select term periods in one-year increments for any specific period between 15 and 30 years and also offers 10 and 35 year term. We also offer the popular Return of Premium option. Whether you're protecting a mortgage, a child’s education, or just providing peace-of-mind for your family, we have the right policy for you.

Universal Life Insurance

If you need permanent protection, but don’t want the additional cost of a traditional whole life plan, a Universal life policy is the right fit. We have policies that are guaranteed not to lapse even if you live to be 121 years old! We can dial the benefits to the level you need at a premium you can afford. If you want a little market exposure to build a cash account, you might try one of our many Indexed Universal Life options!

Whole Life Insurance

If you’re a traditionalist, whole life is still a big player. Cash accumulation, level guaranteed values and premiums are still big attractions for traditional whole life insurance. We offer a variety of whole life options with major carriers for a variety of uses. Whether for Estate Planning or just a final expense policy, we are comfortable we can get you the best rate out there!

Final Expense

This is a special form of whole life insurance intended to be used to pay for funeral and burial costs. Policies are issued on a "simplified issue" basis, which means that the applicant needs to answer a few health questions but does not need to have a paramedical exam. A telephone interview is usually required. Coverage limits vary by carrier and age, but it's common to see policies issued in amounts up to $25,000 or $35,000, and one carrier offers coverage up to $100,000.

Pre-Need Insurance

We are licensed to sell pre-need insurance in Florida.  Pre-need is a special form of life insurance that permits you to fund and/or insure your funeral expenses.  Most funeral costs are guaranteed payable at the cost existing when you purchase the policy; however, items like flowers and food expense are not guaranteed.  You can purchase one of these policies on a lump sum basis (and not have to answer health questions) and, depending on your age and the carrier, you can fund your policy over 3, 5, 10, or 15 years if you qualify by satisfactorily answering some health questions. When you fund your policy in this way, you have the protection of a policy that pays the face value even if you pass away before the policy is fully funded.

Business Insurance

Do you have an employee that works for you and is responsible for much of your business revenue? If so, congratulations! Have you ever pondered what would happen to your business if something tragically happened to him/her? A KEY MAN policy may be an excellent solution to this very common problem. Purchased by the business, KEY MAN insurance insures that your business will carry on in the event that a key employee dies.

This type of coverage can also be called BUSINESS CONTINUATION insurance. Are you in a partnership? Have you discussed or thought about what would happen if you or your partner suddenly died? Are you comfortable with the thought of being in business with his/her heirs? If not, you need to look into a BUY/SELL policy. This type of policy guarantees a buyer for a deceased partner's share of the business in case the unthinkable happens. The business can go on and the deceased partner’s family can access the much needed cash to help rebuild after their loss.

2025 Annual Enrollment Period For Medicare Beneficiaries

The Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) for enrolling in plans effective January 1, 2025 has ended. The AEP runs from October 15 to December 7 annually.

Enrollment in a Medicare Advantage, Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug, or stand-alone Part D Drug plan can now occur ONLY if a Medicare beneficiary is eligible for another election period [e.g., the Individual/Individual Coverage Election Period (ICP or ICEP)] when first becoming eligible for Medicare; a Special Election Period (for those who experience qualifying life events like an involuntary termination of their existing plan, moving outside of the plan’s service area, losing or becoming entitled to Medicare or Extra Help, declaration of a weather related emergency, etc.), or the Open Enrollment Period. Except for individuals desiring to enroll in a Chronic Special Needs Plan, there are no health questions to qualify.

Medicare beneficiaries can enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan within 6 months of their Part A and B effective dates without answering health questions. Generally, individuals with Medicare Supplement plans can change plans at any time but in many cases will need to answer health questions to qualify. Individuals with Medicare Advantage plans can enroll in Medicare Supplement plans during the Annual Enrollment Period or Open Enrollment Periods but in most cases will have to answer health questions. There are special rules for individuals with “trial rights” or eligibility for guaranteed issue policies that don’t require answering health questions.

family consulting

We offer a comprehensive set of Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) plans

to individuals and families qualified to buy health (tax- and non-tax subsidized) insurance and dental/vision and/or hearing plans through the Federal marketplace (this is called buying “on-exchange” or “on-marketplace”) or directly from insurance carriers (this is referred to as buying “off-exchange or -marketplace”). Our Affordable Care Act policies comply with the Affordable Care Act and contain all of the “essential health benefits” required by that law.

We offer association group health insurance plans

to those who can qualify and are looking for less expensive alternatives to Affordable Care Act plans.

The dental/vision and/or hearing insurance

products are available both on an insured or discount basis.

We offer short-term health insurance policies

for those who are looking for coverage for a maximum of four months.

We offer Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Part D Drug plans

to Medicare-eligibles. Our site is compliant with federal, state, and carrier guidelines in selling these policies. See the Medicare-eligibles section of this site for details.

We represent many carriers that offer supplemental benefits

to both individuals and families and Medicare beneficiaries, and the site contains information about hospital indemnity, cancer, critical illness, accident, and international medical insurance offered by many different carriers. This section of the site also contains valuable information and tools about lowering the cost of prescription medications. Call us if you want more information about or would like to enroll in one of these products.

We also offer Short- and Long-Term Disability products

and can also help you meet the costs of long-term care, nursing home, or short-term (recovery) care needs.

Finally, we have a complete array of Life, Final Expense, and Annuity products

and offer pre-need services in Florida, as we have both life insurance and pre-need licenses in that state.

You pay nothing for our services:

we’re paid directly from the carriers we represent, Premiums are NEVER EVER marked up to include paying us for our services: you pay the same whether you order directly from the carrier or the marketplace on your own or directly through us or from our site.

We ONLY offer alternatives that are suitable for you and for which we feel meet YOUR needs.
When or if we feel a product or service is not appropriate for you from either a cost or benefit point of view we will tell you so.

We’re fully compliant with privacy and security guidelines, have signed all required privacy and security agreements, have developed a privacy and security policy, and take extraordinary steps to safeguard your protected health and personal information.
In short, we’re experts in all aspects of health and life insurance and also have relationships with professionals who can help you with very specialized situations.
